In 2021, we set a national benchmark by becoming India’s first container glass manufacturer to implement a zero-water usage, fully automated cullet sorting plant. This state-of-the-art facility, equipped with advanced machinery from Germany and Austria, ensures efficient recycling and minimal water consumption. With the use of zero-water cullet sorters, we save 80,000 litres of water per day, which is enough to meet the daily water needs of approximately 533 people (assuming an average daily water consumption of 150 litres per person, as per BIS Standard IS:1172–1993).
